MISSION STATEMENT

The Hartford Community Center is a 501(c)(3) human service agency committed to poverty reduction, social and educational equity; academic achievement; economic independence and self-sufficiency; and the reduction of stress and distress for youth, seniors, low-income families, and children in the Greater Hartford area.
